4. How long will my order take to arrive?

Delivery time depends on your location and courier availability. Delays may occur due to weather, public holidays, courier issues or other circumstances beyond our control.

5. Can I cancel my order?

Orders may be cancelled before they are processed or dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Returns are subject to our Return & Refund Policy. Due to the nature of our fragrance and incense products, opened or used products may generally not be eligible for return.

7. What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide your order details along with clear photographs or videos of the product and packaging.

8. How will I receive my refund?

For approved refunds, the refund will generally be processed using the original payment method where possible. For Cash on Delivery orders, we may contact you for the information required to process the refund.

9. Do you ship across India?

We deliver to serviceable locations across India. Delivery availability may depend on the location and courier service.

10. Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

If your order has not yet been processed or dispatched, contact us as soon as possible and we will try to update the delivery details. Changes may not be possible after dispatch.
